Colourful Seasons Bundle

More crafting today and this time I was playing with my new Colourful Seasons bundle.
Page 146/7 of the Annual Catalogue has the Colourful Seasons goodies. There is a whole suite - card stock, DSP and ribbon etc. Also if you purchase the stamp set and co-ordinating dies you save 10% on the price - bargain!

Today's card use this bundle - take a look


The white card base was stamped with the solid leaf stamp in Crumb Cake and then over stamped with the open leaf and Pumpkin Pie ink. The banner is Early Espresso and the die cut leaf is cut out of Pumpkin Pie and Cajun Craze card stock. The sentiment is stamped in Versa Mark ink and heat embossed with gold embossing powder.

    Utterly gorgeous! I love that mix of solid and lacy stamps on the card front. I like the way you haven't taken out all the bit from the lacy die-cut - it looks good. Thanks so much for joining us at The Paper Players this week.

I do love my nature stamps and I also love stamps of the sea whether it be above or below the waves. I have taken possession of a new set from the catalogue called Beauty of the Deep. I have made a card with this set as it lends it's self perfectly to the the new Boho Blue In Colour. Starting the Year with a Christmas Card

 I have decided to try and get on top of my Christmas cards early this year and so far it’s going well!!! Here is a card that has been made using the Sweet Gingerbread set - I love gingerbread houses and the stamps and matching dies are really cute. I used the sketch from  52 Christmas Card Throwdown  - this is a brilliant Christmas challenge blog (I started it many years ago with Mynn Kitchen) and it’s a perfect way to get organised with Christmas crafting. In The Frame.

Yesterday was birthday and my lovely husband bought me some crafting stash. Unfortunately he duplicated an ink pad (Distress Ink - Tea Dye) but the craft shop where he bought it were very kind and let me exchange it for something else. That something was a fab little Crafty Individuals stamp. So I raced home, turned my craft room upside down looking for my EZ Mount, and made this card for this week's Less is More  challenge. This week the girls wanted a one layer card with the theme 'In the Frame' Here is my card I made this by first masking off an area in the center of the card - directly on to a 5" x 5" white card blank. Then using my brayer I added some yellow, blue and green ink to the card. The masks were removed and the image was stamped over the brayered square.
